We meet weekly In Bristol and monthly in Taunton, Worcester, Cardiff and Durham for a walk and talk around our grounds. It's a chance for you to connect with fellow members, share your stories, update us on your highs or lows of the week, and feel supported.
All of this is washed down with complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits before finding a comfortable seat for a Q&A with one of our inspirational guest speakers
