About the event
Matt has had a massive impact on National and International Policing as well as National Security. Matt originally served with Avon and Somerset Police before moving on to a government law enforcement role at the Serious Organised Crime Agency. He later became Deputy Director of Investigations at the National Crime Agency, and has since retired from public service, now working in the private tech sector.
Matt has extensive experience in the field of Serious Organised Crime operating at the national and international level. His recent leadership responsibilities included Professional Standards and Anti-Corruption; Security; Complex Financial Crime; Technical Surveillance; Chair of the Five Eyes Law Enforcement Operational Technology Working Group; and Authorising Officer for Undercover Operations.
