About the event

Oliver is a conservation biologist and Programme Leader for Bristol Zoological Society's Tanzania conservation programme, where he works to protect wildlife and habitats in East Africa.

A key focus of his work is the conservation of the turquoise dwarf gecko in the Kimboza Forest Reserve. Before joining Bristol Zoological Society, Oliver worked in primate research and conservation with the Zoological Society of London and Kyoto University.


He also serves on the Council of the Primate Society of Great Britain and as a member of the Conservation Committee for the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums.


Join in this Wednesday morning in our Q&A with Oliver at 11am, after a walk and a talk around the Seat Unique Stadium with fellow members and a complimentary cuppa at 10am.
